Butter Roti

Butter Roti is a soft, warm flatbread made from whole wheat flour, cooked on a griddle or tawa, and then brushed with generous amounts of butter for added flavor.

• In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.
• Place the rolled-out roti onto the hot griddle. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until small bubbles begin to form on the surface.
