Peas Pulao

Peas Pulao is a simple, flavorful rice dish made with basmati rice, green peas, and aromatic spices. It’s light yet satisfying and serves as an excellent side dish to complement curries, kebabs, or dals.

• Wash the basmati rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Soak for 20-30 minutes, then drain.
• Stir in the turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook the mixture for another minute to blend the spices.
