Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken Tikka Masala is a globally loved dish featuring smoky, grilled chicken tikka pieces in a rich, creamy, spiced tomato-based gravy.

• In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, coriander powder, salt, and mustard oil.
• Skewer the marinated chicken (optional) and cook until charred and fully cooked, turning occasionally. Alternatively, bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
