Murgh Lehsuni Tikka

Murgh Lehsuni Tikka is a flavorful chicken dish where the chicken is marinated in a garlicky, spicy yogurt mixture and then cooked until tender. When prepared in a Hindustani Handi, the result is an aromatic, juicy, and tender chicken that’s infused with the richness of garlic, ginger, and Indian spices.

• Baste with ghee : Once the chicken starts to cook and the oil separates from the masala, baste the chicken with some more ghee or butter for an added richness. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
• Cook the chicken : Add the marinated chicken pieces into the handi. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes, allowing the chicken to cook through. Cover the handi to retain moisture and tenderize the chicken.
