Tandoori Roti

Tandoori Roti is a traditional Indian flatbread made from whole wheat flour, cooked in a tandoor (clay oven), which gives it a distinctive smoky flavor and a soft yet slightly crispy texture.

• In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour (if using), baking powder, sugar, and salt.
• Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow it to rise and become soft.
• Roll each dough ball into an oval or round shape, about 6-8 inches in diameter, using a rolling pin.
