Rumali Roti

Rumali Roti is a delicate, thin, and soft Indian flatbread that is traditionally served in North Indian cuisine. It gets its name from the word "rumal," meaning handkerchief, due to its thin, cloth-like texture.

• In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
• Lightly dust each ball with flour and roll it out into a very thin circle, similar to a paper-thin sheet.
