Shahi Paneer

• Soak cashew nuts, almonds, and melon seeds in warm water for 15-20 minutes. After soaking, blend them into a smooth paste using a little water.
• In a pan, heat the oil or ghee over medium heat. Add the cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf. Sauté for a few seconds until aromatic.
