Paneer Tikka Masala

Paneer Tikka Masala is a popular North Indian dish made with marinated and grilled paneer cubes in a rich, creamy, and spiced tomato-based gravy. It’s a perfect combination of smoky flavors from the paneer tikka and the tangy, creamy masala.

• In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt. Add paneer cubes (and optionally, cubed capsicum and onion) to the marinade. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
• Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw aroma disappears.
