Kadahi Paneer

Kadai Paneer is a popular North Indian dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked in a flavorful, spicy, and tangy gravy. The dish gets its name from the "kadai," a type of wok used in Indian cooking. The paneer is cooked with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and aromatic spices, which create a delicious and vibrant curry.

• Roast the spices for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Then, transfer them to a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder and grind them coarsely into a powder. Set aside. Step 2: Cook the Kadai Paneer.
• In a large kadai (or wok), heat the oil or ghee over medium heat.
