Rara Gosht Punjabi

Rara Gosht is a Punjabi delicacy where succulent mutton pieces are cooked with a spiced minced mutton (keema) gravy, creating a rich, flavorful, and hearty dish.

• Cook until the keema releases its juices and blends with the whole mutton.
• Cover and cook on low heat for 1-1.5 hours (or pressure cook for 4-5 whistles) until the mutton is tender and the gravy thickens.
